About Estuary Connect
Technology matters.
The people using it matter more.
Estuary Connect brings together practical technology experience, clear communication and a belief that getting help should feel comfortable. Based in Westcliff-on-Sea, with a connection to the people and businesses around us.
The EXPERIENCE behind Estuary Connect
A creative eye. A practical understanding of business.
Estuary Connect brings together long-standing website design experience and around 15 years working with Salesforce, alongside social media, digital marketing and technology training.
Our roots in website design go back well before our work with Salesforce. That experience shapes how we approach every project: understand the audience, make information easy to find and give people a clear next step.
Our Salesforce background spans administration, consultancy, solution architecture and change management. It adds an understanding of what happens behind the website — how enquiries are handled, how teams work and how customer relationships develop.
Together, these perspectives help us connect good design with the practical needs of a business. And through Digital Confidence, we bring the same clear, patient approach to people who want help with everyday technology.
Experience, with a practical purpose
Understand the problem.
Make the next step clearer.
Whether we’re talking about Salesforce reporting, a business website or an unfamiliar tablet, the starting point is the same: what are you trying to do, and what is getting in the way?
You don’t need to arrive with the technical answer. That’s something we can work through together.
Why Estuary Connect exists
Good things happen
when the pieces work together.
The name reflects the place: an estuary is where things meet. Estuary Connect brings people, technology and practical ideas into the same conversation.
01 /
For businesses
Your website, marketing and customer systems should support each other. We help you consider the whole picture while focusing on the work that will be most useful.
02 /
For organisations
Digital tools are only useful when people can use them. Clear processes, appropriate training and patient support help bring teams and communities along.
03 /
For individuals
Everyday technology can be confusing. Friendly help gives you space to ask questions, practise and build confidence at your own pace.
Experience behind the advice
A business perspective.
A hands-on approach.
Working across different Salesforce roles has given us a view of both the systems and the people relying on them. Estuary Connect brings those perspectives together when deciding what to change and how to make it useful.

Understanding the day-to-day setup, data and practical tasks that keep a CRM useful.

Turning business requirements into clear processes and workable changes.
03 /
Solution architecture
Considering how the parts fit together, and how decisions affect the wider system.
04 /
Change & adoption
Helping people understand, use and feel more confident with the changes being made.
What you can expect
Straight answers.
Thoughtful, practical support.
01
Plain English
We explain recommendations and next steps in language you can use. If something is unclear, there is always room to ask.
02
Practical solutions
We start with the real need, make the most of what works and avoid adding complexity for its own sake.
03
Human support
People learn in different ways. We listen, leave space for questions and take the time to explain.
04
Connected thinking
We consider what happens before and after a change, so the parts support the people and processes around them.
Local roots. A wider perspective.
Based in Westcliff.
Connected to what’s around us.
Estuary Connect is rooted in Westcliff-on-Sea and the wider Southend and Thames Estuary area. Local businesses, community organisations and individuals are all part of that picture.
For consultancy and business projects, we can also discuss working remotely with organisations further afield. The right arrangements depend on the people, the work and what will help most.
Different starting points. The same respect.
A CRM problem or a “where do I click?” question.
Both deserve a useful answer.
The scale of the task may be different, but the aim is consistent: make technology easier to understand and more useful to the person in front of it.
Connecting technology, people and growth.
Start with a conversation
Tell us what you’re working on.
Or what’s getting in the way.
You don’t need a polished brief or a list of technical requirements. A question, an idea or a frustrating task is a good place to start.
