Where are you starting from?

A new business.
A fresh start. A better next step.

You don’t need a finished brief to begin. Tell us where you are now and what you want your website to do.

01 /

Starting something new

Give your business a proper home online.

Bring your ideas, your services and your questions. We’ll help shape them into a clear website that gives people confidence in what you offer.

02 /

Ready for a better website

Your business has moved on. Has your website?

If your current site feels dated, confusing or difficult to update, we can work out what is worth keeping and what needs a fresh approach.

03 /

Relying on social media

Give interested people somewhere useful to land.

Social media can start a conversation. Your website gives people a place to explore your services, find answers and get in touch on their own terms.

What goes into a useful website

Good looks are the beginning.
Clarity does the hard work.

We agree the pages, features and responsibilities before the build starts, so you know what is included.

01 /

A clear plan

Start with what the website needs to achieve.

Agree who the site is for, what visitors need to know and which actions matter. That gives every page a purpose.

02 /

Thoughtful design

Make your business recognisable.

Use your brand, photography, typography and layout to create a consistent look that feels like you and is comfortable to read.

03 /

Useful, clear content

Help people find the answer they came for.

Organise your services and information in plain English. Agree the level of copywriting support you need and who supplies each piece of content.

04 /

A considered mobile experience

Make the smaller screen part of the design.

Plan the navigation, spacing, images and enquiry routes for phones and tablets, as well as desktop screens.

05 /

A sound foundation

Build in the essentials from the start.

Plan page titles, heading structure, image descriptions and sensible page addresses. Pay attention to accessibility and performance throughout the build.

06 /

Straightforward editing

Keep the everyday updates manageable.

Use WordPress with reusable layouts and clear guidance. Agree the handover and training you need to change text, replace images and add content confidently.

Your website is part of a bigger picture

From a first impression
to a useful conversation.

Your website should connect with the way you run your business. The right enquiry form, booking route or follow-up can make life easier for you as well as your customers.

With experience across websites, CRM and digital marketing, Estuary Connect can help you think through what happens after someone clicks. Any integrations or automation are scoped around your actual needs.

01 /

Clear next steps

Help visitors understand whether you are right for them and how to contact you.

02 /

Connected enquiries

Consider what information you need and where an enquiry should go next.

03 /

Room to grow

Start with the pages and features you need, with a sensible plan for what could follow.

How we work together

A clear process.
No disappearing into the technical bits.

01

Get to know your business

Talk through your audience, services, existing website and goals. Agree the scope, responsibilities and cost.

02

Plan the pages & content

Set out the page structure and gather the words, images and business information needed for the build.

03

Design, build & review

Develop the agreed design in WordPress, share it for feedback and check the layouts and key tasks across screen sizes.

04

Launch & hand over

Complete the agreed checks, connect the domain and hand over your website with practical editing guidance. Discuss ongoing care if you need it.

Getting started

Bring what you have.
We’ll work out the gaps.

You don’t need to arrive with perfect copy or a folder of professional photographs. We’ll make a clear list of what is needed and agree how to get there.

  • A short description of your business, your services and the people you want to reach.
  • Your existing website address, brand assets and any photographs you want to use.
  • A few examples of websites you like — and what you like about them.
  • The practical features you need, such as enquiries, appointments or selling online.

If you already have a domain or hosting, we’ll review the arrangements before recommending a change.

A few useful answers

Before we start building…

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. The aim is to make routine edits straightforward, with reusable WordPress layouts and an agreed handover. You can change text, replace images and add content. More substantial design changes or new functionality may need additional support.

Do I need to write all the content?

We’ll agree this during planning. You know your business; we can help organise the information, make it clearer and identify what is missing. The amount of copywriting included will be set out in the scope.

Can you work with my existing domain and hosting?

Often, yes. We’ll review your current setup and explain any changes that would help. Any new hosting, domain or third-party costs will be discussed before you commit.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We can review the pages, content and functionality you already have, then agree what to retain and what to improve. Existing page addresses and any necessary redirects should be considered as part of the plan.

Can the website include booking or an online shop?

We can discuss those requirements and assess the best approach. Booking, payments, product setup and integrations add to the scope, so we agree the functionality, responsibilities and any third-party costs before building.

Will the website appear in Google?

We build with useful content and sensible search foundations in mind, including clear structure, headings and page titles. Search visibility also depends on factors beyond the design, and no ranking or position is guaranteed. Ongoing SEO work can be discussed separately.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the pages, features, content and support you need. After an initial chat, we can agree a scope, cost and realistic schedule. Content availability and feedback are part of that plan.

What happens after launch?

We agree the handover and clarify who will look after updates, backups and other ongoing tasks. If you would like continued support, we can discuss the scope and cost. It should be clear what is included and what is a separate service.

Let’s talk about your website
